EMI invests in pastors and leaders by helping to plant churches and provide quality resources to meet their spiritual, physical and emotional needs.  This is done through three programs, the Pastoral Program which focuses on the specific needs of the pastor/leader and their family, the Church Program which provides support through conferences and training of laymen, and the Community Program providing the church with tools for community outreach.
